Pumpkin Pesto Whipped Ricotta Dip Recipe
This fluffy and flavorful fall dip is terrific with bread, veggies — even as a sandwich spread! Serve as a starter before the game or on pizza and pasta nights.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 tbsp rosemary, diced
- 6 sage leaves, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 heaping tbsp Regioni d’Italia Pumpkin Pesto Sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- salt, to taste
- pomegranate arils and roasted pepitas, for garnish
Directions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Step 2
Pulse for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until all ingredients are fully incorporated and consistency is creamy.
Step 3
For serving, add dip to a bowl and garnish with olive oil, salt and fresh black pepper, pomegranate arils and roasted pepitas.
