Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (approx.) Guittard Extra Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 package Biscoff cookies
  • 2 packages Bahlsen Contessa Dark Chocolate Lebkuchen Cookies
  • 1 package Wicklein Nut and Almond Cinnamon Star Cookies
  • Nyåkers Gingersnap Tin
  • 1 Noi Sirius Icelandic Milk Chocolate Bar, 2-pc
  • 1 Noi Sirius Icelandic 56% Dark Chocolate Bar 2-pc
  • 2–3 packages Snowflake Marshmallow Hot Cocoa Toppers
  • Ghirardelli Chocolate Caramel Squares Assortment, large bag
  • Utz Butter Pretzel Sticks
  • 1 or 2 Lodge cast iron 6 1/2" mini skillets or other small baking dishes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven’s broiler.

Step 2

Line your chosen baking dish—for this recipe we used small Lodge cast iron skillets—with about 20 whole Nyåkers cookies, allowing some to rest on the sides.

Step 3

Cover the bottom with the chocolate chips. Then scatter the top with marshmallows, making sure to cover all the chocolate.

Step 4

Broil for 2–4 minutes, until desired marshmallow toasting shade is reached.

Step 5

Remove from oven and allow to rest a few minutes, allowing the chocolate to continue melting.

Step 6

Assemble your board: Start scattering your various cookies and pretzels around the board. Leaving empty space for your marshmallow skillets, add in your variety of chocolates, candies and additional marshmallows.

Step 7

Place a folded napkin or trivet on the board followed by your marshmallow skillet(s). Fill in any empty spaces with fresh fruit or additional cookies.
