Ingredients
- 1 package Urban Slicer Neapolitan Style Pizza Dough Mix
- 2 tsp World Market Organic Saigon Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup Biscoff Cookie Butter Spread
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff Cookies
Directions
Step 1
Prepare the Urban Slicer Neapolitan Style Pizza Dough Mix according to package directions.
Step 2
Preheat the Ooni Fyra 12 Portable Wood Pellet Outdoor Pizza Oven to about 950°F.
Step 3
Once the dough has doubled in size (between 2-4 hours), generously dust a pizza peel with flour. Stretch one ball of dough into a 12-inch circle and place it on the prepared pizza peel.
Step 4
Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Evenly sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar over the pizza dough.
Step 5
Carefully slide the pizza off the peel and into the pizza oven. Cook for 1 1/2-2 minutes, rotating the pizza halfway through, until the dough is golden-brown and has a light char on the bottom.
Step 6
Remove the pizza from the oven and place on a serving tray. Spread 1/2 cup of cookie butter on top of the warm pizza, leaving a 1/2-inch border for the crust.
Step 7
Place half of the sliced bananas on top of the pizza. Evenly sprinkle with 1/4 cup of hazelnuts and 1/4 cup of crushed Biscoff cookies.
Step 8
Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 2 pizzas. Slice and enjoy!
