A tube-shaped ridged pasta, Di Bari's homemade-style torciglioni is crafted with organic durum wheat semolina in accordance with ancient tradition. This artisan pasta arrives to our shores from the Southern Italian province of Bari, Puglia, where it is drawn through bronze dies and slow-dried in the sun. Textured and tubular, torciglioni is ideal for soaking up thick sauces and using as a gourmet base for casseroles.
