Crafted in the Pajottenland region of Belgium since 1822, Lindemans lambic ales rely on spontaneous fermentation from wild yeast, rather than cultivated brewer's yeasts. The result is a distinctive dry yet fruity flavor, like the very best wines. Lindemans has retained its historic style with its Framboise by seasoning the brew with raspberries instead of hops, as it has since 1811.
