Featuring two stages each for both Asian and Western-style blades, the Cangshan Shark knife sharpener is a universal honing tool for straight-edged cutlery. The coarse tungsten-carbide slots restore dull edges and the fine ceramic slots polish blades to perfection. Designed by the award-winning bladesmiths at Cangshan, this versatile sharpener extends the life of your classic chef's knife, hollow-ground santoku knife and everything in between.

  • Not for use with serrated blades
  • To use, place sharpener on flat, dry surface and hold firmly in place; place heel of knife into sharpening slot; pull knife backwards from heel to tip with light downward pressure; repeat 8-10 times as needed; never push knife forward though slot
  • Always keep fingers away from sharpening slots during use
  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry immediately; do not rinse with water
