Picked just as they peak with flavor, these California grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks, then aged for 60 days in charred American oak bourbon barrels. Brimming with bold flavors of black cherry, toffee, dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts, this Cab has a lush palate, ripe tannins and a jammy finish of blackberry preserves.
